From multi-thousand delegate conferences to intimate VIP hospitality programmes, I deliver precision event management that leaves nothing to chance.  Whether I am leading a project from concept to completion or stepping in as onsite logistics support, my role is to make sure every moving part runs flawlessly – so clients and guests can enjoy the event.

Event Lead

Locations: Barcelona, Madrid

Delegates: 2500

Duration: 6 months pre-planning | 10 days onsite | 3-day live event

As Event Lead, I oversaw every stage  – from budget management to supplier coordination.  Coordinated operations across several locations and managed an onsite team of 22+ during the days of pre-event and live days, ensuring the event ran seamlessly.

Onsite Event Support

Location:  Athens, Mykonos, Kusadasi, Rhodes, Santorini, Athens

Delegates: 800

Duration: 8 day cruise

I provided onsite support for an 800-delegate incentive cruise visiting multiple ports.  The challenge was to coordinate daily logistics across multiple locations, manage gala dinners, and keep the guest experience smooth while onboard and onshore.

Scope of work:

Delegate management for 800 guests

Coordinated transport, tours and gala dinners

Provided proactive problem solving and client liaison throughout.

Event Lead

Location: Mauritius

Delegates: 30

Duration: 4 months pre-planning. 10 days onsite

As Event Lead I managed the entire incentive trip from budget control to supplier negotiations, guest liaison, and on the ground coordination.  I personally oversaw every detail – from daily schedules to evening entertainment – ensuring guests experienced smooth transitions and first class service throughout the week.

Onsite VIP Manager

Duration: 5 days onsite

Provided onsite VIP guest management, acting as the link between, agencies, clients and venue security. Oversaw transport arrangements, venue access, and hospitality for VIPs at major sporting event.

Managed C-Suite guests & VIPs at major sporting event

Coordinated transport, hospitality suite access and meet and greets

Acted as main point of contact for both clients and agencies

Managed conference and breakouts prior to event

Onsite Support 

Location: Dubai

Delegates: 700

Duration: 7 days onsite

Provided onsite support for a group of 700 delegates attending an incentive trip in Dubai.  I oversaw transport arrangements, supplier coordination.  This was more challenging due to extreme flooding during the event.
